a problem of openssl 0.9.8e

if your openssl version is 0.9.8e and you are using openssh to connect to an ssh1 host,you will get an error like this:

Disconnecting: Corrupted check bytes on input

to solve the problem,use openssl 0.9.8d or other no-bug version.
